Paid is switched on
As soon as your payment arrives, your account moves to Paid and the app unlocks the AI features.
Online card checkout is coming soon. Until then, upgrades are handled by hand — which also means nobody stores your card details.

Nothing renews by itself
Each payment covers a set period. There is no subscription to forget about and no surprise charge — when you want another month, you request it again.
When your paid period ends
Your account moves back to Free automatically and you get an email. The AI features lock, you can control up to 5 devices, and bandwidth history older than 7 days is removed.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You keep Paid until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free. Your account and devices stay as they are.
A device that is currently limited or blocked. On Free you can have up to 5 of those at the same time — remove a limit to free up a slot. Monitoring is never capped: every device on your network is always visible, on both plans.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The Free plan needs no payment details at all, and Paid is paid locally (70 DT) or by PayPal ($20).
Which features need the Paid plan?
AI Chat, Autopilot and Reconfigure, controlling more than 5 devices at once, the daily email report and 30 days of history. Everything else — monitoring, the dashboard, alerts, webhooks and the weekly summary — is on Free.
Does the Paid plan cover more than one network?
A NetMind account links to one desktop app, which manages the network that computer is on. Running one NetMind per network is also required for it to work reliably.
What if my internet goes down?
Limits already applied keep running. Paid controls pause after a 10-second grace period while the app can't reach your account, and switch back on automatically when the connection returns.
